What we do
I offer an empathic, compassionate, and professional clinical psychology service. I aim to work collaboratively with you and draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches in doing so.
Psychological assessment
During the initial assessment, we will explore your current difficulties, strengths, and goals. This allows us to develop a collaborative understanding (formulation) of the problem and decide on a pathway forward.

Psychological therapies
I draw upon a range of psychological models, predominantly offering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and third wave approaches, cognitive analytical therapy (CAT), and eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR).
What is a clinical psychologist?
A clinical psychologist is a highly trained mental health professional who specialises in assessing, understanding, and treating psychological difficulties and mental health problems. They use evidence-based therapies to support people in improving their emotional wellbeing, relationships, and quality of life.
All clinical psychologists have completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) and must be registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC).
